Pride Live Team
Diana Rodriguez
Founder
As founder of Pride Live, Diana’s activism has lifted LGBTQ+ visibility to new heights and turned Pride Live into an organization that carries powerful messages of affirmation to LGBTQ+ people from some of the world’s biggest notables including Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden, Angelica Ross, Katy Perry, Ryan Jamaal Swain, Adam Lambert, Madonna, Cynthia Erivo, Alicia Keys, Geena Rocero, Richard Branson, and Lady Gaga.

Diana embodies the spirit of community and service with her passion for advancing full equality with love and acceptance. From advocating for the most marginalized LGBTQ+ organizations, to supporting the efforts leading to the declaration of Stonewall National Monument, and conceptualizing Stonewall Day, her work is transformational and done purposely and humbly in service to others.
She previously served on the Development Team at the Clinton Foundation, Executive Producer of the GLAAD Media Awards negotiating broadcast deals with Logo and Bravo, and Director of Event Management and Public Relations for the Jackie Robinson Foundation. Over her career, she has raised 60M+ USD.
An honors graduate of Georgetown University, Diana lives in her beloved New York City with her spouse and their free-spirited rescue pups Finn Thaddeus and Baxter Jerome. She can always be found sporting one of her many NASA T’s and loves travelling with pop-in visits to London to surprise her besties.

Michelle Alvis is the Principal Owner of Alvis People Solutions, LLC. With over 25 years of experience, she performs all people oriented functions for nonprofits and small businesses with a display of sensitivity to unique needs in the human resources field.

She is responsible for talent acquisition and management, total rewards plan design, strategic people planning, change management, DEI, and all federal, state and local compliance related matters. Michelle earned a BS in Criminal Justice Sciences and dual minors in Sociology and Paralegal Studies from Illinois State University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), Professionals in Human Resources Association (California) (PIHRA) Chicago SHRM, DuPage SHRM Chapter and the Illinois State Council for SHRM.
Ana Crespo Parrondo
Campaigns + Social Engagement
Ana is a career activist and communications professional. Currently, she is the Press Officer for Environment, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries at the European Commission in Brussels. Prior to that she was the Public Relations Officer for the Council of the European Union.

She is a former Communications Intern at the Clinton Foundation. She attended the Diplomatic School of Spain with a specialized course in foreign relations and has a masters from the Universita degli Studi di Siena European Studies and Politics.
Anoush d’Orville
IT Director
Anoush is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry, and is the CEO of his own agency, Advisory NYC. He attended the United Nations International School and a Masters in International Relations from New York University.

Originally from South Bronx, Moncho 1929’s practice expands to London, Milan, Los Angeles and Seoul. Being deeply influenced by global aesthetics and the urban artwork that surrounds his daily life.

Being deeply influenced by global aesthetics and the urban artwork that surrounds his daily life. Moncho 1929’s practice continues to evolve yet stays true to challenging contemporary societal notions. His work has been featured in various solo and group exhibitions all over the United States, and the world such as the Perez Art Museum in Miami, or Gallery Ann in Seoul, Korea. Today, his artwork can be found in the multiple private, city, and corporate collections; from Google to the French Consulate of the US, and from Paramount and Universal Pictures, to the Public Art collections of cities like Glendale, Los Angeles, and West Hollywood. Most recently, Moncho 1929’s work was acquired for the permanent collection of The Figge Museum of Art and he was included in the juried BP Portrait Awards for The National Portrait Gallery in the United Kingdom. He currently lives and works out of Los Angeles.

Gary Schueller is a purpose-driven innovator, business and brand strategist and storyteller with expertise in media and marketing partnerships, integrated communications, strategic planning, and business development across culture, social impact, sports, culinary and tech.

He is the Founder of Subterranean, a marketing advisory studio that operates at the intersection of purpose, commerce and culture and serves brands, publishers and talent including Audi, Zagat/Infatuation, Netflix, Cornell University, the James Beard Foundation, Boomer Esiason, the Job Opportunities Task Force and CSM Sports & Entertainment among others. A native New Yorker,, he loves bringing diverse teams together to create breakthrough ideas informed by data, animated by culture, and grounded in bettering society.
Gary created Audi’s culinary platform, which advocates for gender equity and conceptualized Proof, which received Event Marketer’s Award for Best Pop-Up Retail Experience.
He previously led the Volkswagen experiential account at GroupM (WPP) and created the agency’s business solutions offerings advising brands such as Citi, Unilever, Xerox and others. Prior to that, Gary worked at Major League Baseball, where led the communications for the launch of the joint venture Australian Baseball League and was the head of business development for Utility, a digital studio that builds apps, games and digital platforms for brands such as Airbnb, Samsung and the AVP.
Gary began his career at the Jackie Robinson Foundation, where he served as the Robinson family’s speechwriter and helped scale the Jackie Robinson Day partnership with MLB.
A culinary and travel enthusiast, Gary earned his Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Advanced Certificate and received a Wine Australia Scholarship. He has served on advisory committees for the James Beard Foundation and built the Queens Cooks Experience with Lady Gaga. A passionate hiker, Gary loves exploring National Parks and has ventured to 40+ countries. He earned an MBA from Columbia, a B.S. Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class and studied political science at Melbourne University (AUS) where he interned at the Victorian State Parliament House.

Bookkeeper
Seleta Harris-Harrison is the Founder of Harrison Bookkeeping. She performs bookkeeping and accounting functions for small business owners in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

She also manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking and statement reconciliation, general ledger and financial statements and contractor 1099. Seleta has a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from the University of Miami.

Julia is currently the Events Manager at INSEAD in Paris and is a communications, development and events specialist in the non-profit, public, and private sectors. Born in Romania and raised in France, she spent 7 years in the United States (NYC) where she studied and worked.

She has extensive transatlantic experience, as a member of the Pan European Network where she advises on social affairs, strategic-thinking, diplomatic communication, and team leading and is a former Event Intern at the Clinton Foundation. Julia attended the Universite’ de Rennes in Paris, receiving her Master of Law and Political Science.
Junko Bridston
Graphic Design
Junko is a New York-based graphic designer who created the iconic Pride Live Logo first in 2011, then redesigned it in 2018 in order to reflect the organization’s leading role in more growing, inclusive LGBTQ communities. She truly cares about working for good causes and is a believer that thoughtful design can change the world to be a better place.

Besides being a passionate ally of LGBTQ communities, Junko has worked with many educational organizations and non-profit organizations in the U.S., creating digital products to improve the lives of students, teachers and school administrators from K-12 to higher education. Junko has a BFA from Fashion Institute of Technology and Okayama Prefectural University. In her free time, she loves hiking, reading novels, and making bento.

Martín Celis is a designer and developer with over 20 years of experience building solutions for the web. He's handled design and development for every iteration of Pride's web presence since 2012. Founded in 2007, his studio has enjoyed long-standing engagements that yield products used regularly by millions of people across a wide range of devices.

The company provides controller services relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger, and financial statements. Ms. Harrison has a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University, a Master of Science degree in Sport Administration from the University of Miami and will be concluding a Master of Science degree in Finance from William Paterson University in May 2023.
Ms. Harrison recently joined Wollman Park Partners, LLC, the management company for Wollman Rink in Central Park, as a Staff Accountant – Budget & Treasury.
Tom Bagley
Event Management
A Texas native, Tom’s passion for Special Events planning and organizing started with the San Antonio AIDS Foundation fund raising events and the San Antonio Pride Festival.

Since then, he has assisted with numerous events throughout the country including awards shows, galas, and film festivals for organizations such as Pride Live, GLAAD, The Trevor Project, The Tribeca Film Festival and New York International Film Festival among others. Ann Marie Gothard
President
A seasoned communications professional, Ann Marie Gothard’s experience spans nearly two decades, across a variety of sectors, primarily in health care. Currently, she is Vice President, Global Corporate Media Relations for Henry Schein, Inc., where she leads all strategic media relations for the company and Henry Schein Cares, the company’s global corporate social responsibility program.

Ann Marie is Co-Founder of Pride Live’s Stonewall Day and has served as the organization’s Communications Advisor since 2016. As a member of Pride Live’s leadership team, Ann Marie consults on the organization’s branding, public relations, web presence, and social media strategy. Additional affiliations and roles include: Executive Sponsor, Pride & Allies, Henry Schein’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group; Board Member, Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance; and President-Elect, American Association of Dental Editors & Journalists.
Ann Marie is a Michigan girl living in a New York world, via Georgetown University, where she earned a
bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University. A devoted Hoya, Ann Marie achieved
athletic honors as a member of the women’s basketball team.

Lisa Winning is a tech and media entrepreneur. Her first company scaled to an online audience of 5 million, resulting in her startup's IP, including book and film rights being acquired (Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster, and Greg Berlanti/Warner Bros). She now sits on the Boards of US and UK startups, specializing in major partnerships, and is the Chief Marketing Officer of Floww, which brings clarity to the complex world of private markets by empowering Venture Capitalists with state-of-the-art portfolio reporting, financial promotion, and distribution.

Marc is the CEO of Surfcode, a premier web development company whose current clients include the Boston Ballet, Bigelow Tea and Jazzercise.
Prior to his current role, he served as the founding Chief Marketing Officer at Kaden Health – a leading edge virtual opioid addiction recovery platform named to the NYC Digital Health 100 List in 2021. Marc has also served as the head of marketing and
branding for EmblemHealth and the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the New York Institute of Technology. In 2016, he co-founded, with his wife, a thriving craft burger and beer restaurant — Bovine.
Marc is a refugee from his native Los Angeles since departing for Harvard University (BA, Philosophy) and received his MFA in Film and Television from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
He rarely sleeps, but when he does, he snores very loudly.

Currently, Tom is CEO Global Presidential Management Associate at The Estée Lauder Companies, having previously served as Director of Operations at New York-based social media firm The Social Edge. For nearly five years, Tom managed the production and editorial direction for Pride Live’s social media channels and campaigns. He led the development of an influencer marketing campaign that was recognized for Best Use of Instagram Influencer Marketing and awarded with the Digital + Social Media Award by PR News and its sister brand The Social Shake-Up for the 2020 Stonewall Day campaign’s innovative digital initiatives work.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration from the NYU Stern School of Business.
