A dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion, Ann Marie serves as President and Board Chair of Pride Live, a national 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to accelerating awareness and support for the LGBTQ+ community via social advocacy and community engagement. She also co-founded the Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center, the first LGBTQ+ visitor center within the National Park Service, and Pride Live's Stonewall Day, a global initiative to honor and promote the Stonewall legacy. In addition, she serves as Board Chair of the Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance (ANI) and Board Vice Chair for the National Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance (NANI).
Most recently, Ann Marie was Vice President of Global Corporate Media Relations at Henry Schein, Inc., the world's largest provider of health care products to dental and medical practitioners. She also served as Executive Sponsor for Pride & Allies (the company's LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group), a founding member of the Women's Leadership Network, and created "Revelations" a series of candid discussions about coming out and fostering inclusivity.
Prior to Henry Schein, Ann Marie held senior communications positions at EmblemHealth, The Mount Sinai Medical Center, ORBIS International, and Aetna, and served in leadership roles at several boutique PR firms. Her extensive global experience, including work in 40 countries, has shaped her commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Ann Marie holds a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University, where she was also a Division I athlete on the women's basketball team.
