Stonewall Day Unplugged
In 2021 we broadened the Stonewall Day message by introducing Stonewall Day Unplugged. Stonewall Day Unplugged is a series of thirty-minute virtual discussions with leading members of the LGBTQ+ community, highlighting marginalized and underrepresented people, organizations, and topics while featuring up and coming LGBTQ+ artists and performers.
To date, our Unplugged sessions, hosted on February 18th and April 22nd have had over 250K views and featured host Adam Lambert, Reggie Greer and Hannah Bristol from the White House Office of Public Engagement, Karine Jean-Pierre, House Deputy Press Secretary, and performances by Keiynan Lonsdale and Conchita Wurst.

Stonewall Day Unplugged 2023
We were proud to see the return of Stonewall Day Unplugged, powered by Google & Hudson Yards. Stonewall Day Unplugged was born out of necessity in 2020 when, like many others, we needed to find a way to continue the work. Now, this virtual event serves as a reminder to our audience that Pride Live’s work is year-round.
Streamed from The Peak on the 101st floor of The Edge at Hudson Yards, Stonewall Day Unplugged’s backdrop was New York City. We couldn’t think of a better way to kick off Pride Month, and our new relationship with Hudson Yards than to host this impactful event on top of the greatest city on earth.
The stream was hosted by our partners at Google and featured performances and conversations with artists like Netta, Sudie and Mariyea.
