ANA is the Press Officer for Environment and Climate Change at the Council of the European Union in Brussels. She has been working for this European institution since 2011 in various communication positions at the Press Office, Public Relations Unit and directly for the Director-General and the Director for Media and Communication. In those capacities, she has dealt with media relations, organized press logistics for high-level events, conducted media monitoring, managed social media and supervised public visits & events.

 

Originally graduated in Communications (European University of Madrid), she holds a Masters in European Politics from the University of Bath (UK), Università degli Studi di Siena (Italy) and Sciences Po Paris (France); and a Postgraduate Degree in Protocol Affairs from the National Distance Education University (Spain).

 

Her on-going interest in non-profit and the defense of Human Rights started at the beginning of her career at the Marketing and Multimedia Department of the Clinton Foundation. Now, Ana is hugely committed to contribute from Brussels to the dissemination, development and consolidation of PRIDE LIVE NATION’s mission worldwide thanks to her communications expertise, refined language skills (EN, FR, IT and ES – mother tongue) and international mindset.
